The purpose of this project was to identify business model options for an integrated, cross agency rural Allied Health workforce and develop an implementation toolkit to assist and guide agencies in the implementation of the preferred options.
Literature review and critical analysis of relevant business entities and cross agency employment models undertaken to develop concepts of sustainable and viable business and partnership models
Stakeholder consultation undertaken to inform the development of business model options
Potential risks to business model options identified
Toolkit prepared for implementation
